To produce high-quality pellets in large quantities, homogeneous materials are required in terms of moisture content, temperature and particle size, which must be carefully matched.

We get solutions based on highly developed key machines for wood grinding and pelleting including shredder, hammer flaker, and dryers to process wet green wood prior to  pelleting process.

Our production system can adapt varieties of biomass materials that have been pretreated, such as logs, recycle wood, chips, sawdust, flakes, straw, barks, wood ends, wasted wood-based panels board, waste cement from board, waste veneer, packing cartons, coconuts, palms,etc. They all can be produced to pellets and briquettes.
