The oil is gained from century old olive trees,
located in an ecological system, with mild climate,
cultivated with no chemical use and brings high percentage and quality of oil.
Extra virgin olive oil is produced from the olives, of Koronate variety and only by mechanical methods. So the flavor, the aroma and the natural contents of the oil juice,
