PREFORM MOULD, PET PREFORM MOULD, BOTTLE PREFORM MOULD

Preform Injection Mold from *-cavity for wide mouth jar and gallon bottle perform up to **-carrow neck perform mold; Tube blank is designed with the help of computer, which surely contributes to the increasing of yield of bottle;
Employed internationally advanced two-step dual taper locating technology. Each cavity self-locks independently to ensure low decentration of product;
Core and cavity are made of special mold steel after preheating treatment in the original factory in Sweden. Individual tempera-ture control of each cavity;
Lip cavity is made of imported nitrated steel, which is of high hardness and long service life, in accordance with international standard;

I.Off-center Adjustment System
Off-center adjustment system can make the error of preform’s wall thickness less than 0.*5mm. This system does not affect the lifetime of mold;

II.Self-lock System
International advanced bi-awls fixed orientation self-locked structure has been adopted.

III.Cooling System
All the water Channels in the mold’s each inner part, which make the cycle time short enough. And all the cooling channels have been specially treated to prevent them from jam;

IV.Heating System
Double Heating System can ensure that the impact of heating is good and quality control is credible. The Heating Band unit makes nozzles be with invariable temperature. The Heater Unit is used to heat the hot runner plate with long using life and powerful heating capacity.

V.Hot Runner System
The perform mold adopt Pin-valve type Hot Runner System, such hot runner system can reduce mold’s each part’s wear & tear and maintenance cost, and also save *0%~*5% electric energy;

VI.Hydraulic Ejecting System
The perform-doffing success ratio has achieved firm endurance and the whole perform ejecting process will become much quieter.

Hot runner employs PID controlling system which features automatic compensation and automatic protection, and contrib-utes to the prolongation of lifetime of electric heater;
The precision of temperature controlling falling within1â„ƒ, which ensures to avoid plastic in the hot runner being burnt, resulting in a yield of up to *9% and more;
Ultra nozzles are designed to be maintenance-friendly. Nozzle tip inserts, heaters, tip insulator, and thermocouples are easily accessible and can be replaced while the hot runner is mounted in the machine, which minimizes down-time and reduces mainte- nance cost.

The material of core and cavity in mold is top material. All the parts are processed on CNC machine tool with high precision, especially the plate, the error is than 0.*5mm.
All parts are treated by heat treatment strictly, to ensure their intension and life time good enough. After the treatment, the intensive neck ring and core hardness can be HRC*8~*2, the hardness of cavity can be HRC*4~*8.
