CLAUSE 7 PAYMENT AND BANKING PROCEDURES.
 

1. Buyer issues ICPO along with Buyers company certificate of registration
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) and Sales & Purchase Agreement (S.P.A) to Buyer. Buyer signs and returns.
3. Seller provides to Buyer the below PPOP Documents via email:
4. (a) Certificate of Incorporation
5. (b) Dip Test Authorization (D.T.A) with full details of Tank Operator and Tank Coordinate.
6. (c) Statement of Product Availability in Storage Tank with GPS Coordinate.
7. (d) Authorization to Verify (A.T.V) with full contact details of Tank location and Tank Coordinates.
8. (e) Export Approval.
9. (f) Product Passport Q&Q (Analytical Report in Sellers Tank, conducted and issued by the Tank Farm Laboratory).
10. (g) Tank Storage Receipt (T.S.R) with Bar code.
11. (h) Export License.
12. Buyer contacts the Tank Farm Company where the products are stored for confirmation with the DTA & ATV, gets the Clearance Access Permit (CAP) and Required Accreditation from the Tank Farm Company for Buyers representatives & Inspection team to have physical access and gain entrance to the Tank Farm Storage Terminal and schedule appointment to perform Dip Test on the stored product in Sellers rented/leased ex-shored tanks.
13. Seller issues and sends to Buyer the Authorization to Sell (ATS), Change of Ownership Title & Allocation and Transaction Allocation Certificate. Buyer confirms the Q&Q of the product in the storage tanks and Seller injects the product Into Buyer's exit tank/Vessel.
14. Buyer makes payment by MT**3 or TT wire transfer for the total product available, Seller release to the Buyer all relevant Documents relating to the exportation of the product.
15. SELLER PAYS COMMISSION TO ALL MANDATES AND AGENTS.
