Pharmaceutical Self Adhesive Glass Vial Bottle Labeling Machine((JLB-801) is designed to apply labels on the cylindrical bottle with a diameter of 20mm-90m. it is widely used in the industry of pharmaceutical, daily use chemical, food, health care product, beverage, etc.. and it is capable of labeling up to 300pcs per minute.

vial, ampoule bottle, Schering bottle, pharma syrup, dry syrup, medical bottle, juicy bottle,  liquid foundation, essential oil, sun stick, etc. 

Key Features

• using an automatic bottle turntable which is directly connected to the conveyor, the bottles will be separated by bottle separator, the turntable for collecting is an option;
• Printing service available on heat transfer printing, hot stamping, jet-printing, laser print, etc
• All the actions are controlled by PLC, automatic sense for bottles and labels. detecting diameter of container: adjust parameter automatically, to achieving smart control;
• With the function of no bottle no labeling, auto warning if no label or lack of label
