Pre-insulated phenolic type sandwich panel, consits of specially designed foam made from modified technology inside and aluminum foil outside, this has been developed and popularized in the first stage.
Phenolic Foam Pre-Insulated Duct panel laminated with Aluminum Foil on two sides is of high strength and also a kind of noncombustible material which gives off no smoke and no poisonous gas when exposing to fire. 
The phenolic foam can be fabricated into all kinds of rectangular (bended) ducts by cutting and adhesive connecting, and then can be assembled into the air ducts of different specifications by using the fire-proof flange 
and adhesive.
