The Planetary mixer is a good choices, which designed for mixing, vulcanization, nitration, sulfonation, hydrogenation, dehydration in viscous fluid.

There are 3 blades and 1 automatic scraper. Each paddle rotate on its own axis, the same time the 3 blades make planetary motion(revolution) on the center axis of the machine.

The planetary mixer will use thickness board to board so as to resistant the vacuum & heating.

There is a double layer movable vessels.The heat transfer media can be chosen by thermal oil,water or steam.

The material mixing in the movable vessel, when it finished push the vessel out.

The discharging mode are:YLJ series hydraulic discharging machine or ball valve.

There are variety of equipments can be installed such as: stroke control,safety control, measurement, temperature Pt-Rh sensor, etc.

In default the steel is SUS**4+Q**5.The motor capacity will be selected according to the viscosity of the material.

Other issues will be designed according to the best solution.
