I. CONICAL TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDER SJZ series conical twin screw extruder is a highly efficient agglomerating and extruding equipment. Machines of this series feature low shearing rate, uneasy degradation , even plasticization and agglomeration, reliable quality , wide application range and long servicing life. Using PVC powder as raw material for a direct forming, the extruders perform an excellent effectiveness. These machines have automatic temperature control, vacuum gas exhaustion, oil cooled screws, stepless speed regulation, as well as a forced feeding and self-cleaning mechanism. Machines of this series have wide application. With appropriate extruding heads, screws and other auxiliaries, they are able to directly convert plastics into pips, plates, bars, films, hollow cross-section products. II. PARALLE TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDER The screw of this co-rotation twin-screw extruder is multi-section. The raw material will gain the best compounding effect after being extruded by the screws and barrel through high speed and high torque method. The machine is equipped wih force feeding system which can add glass fiber, additives and other materials. This machine is most suitable for manufacturing the engineering plastic, glass fiber, high density master batch and so on products.
