MOULS SERVICE PROCESSING
1. DRAWING: Received the 2D or 3D drawings and the technical requirement, we will give the quotation with delivery time as per client’s requirements
2. SALES CONTRACT: Sign the Mould Design and Manufacturer Contract between two parties after receiving client’s production confirmation.
3. DESIGN WORK: We will start design work (for this please send 3D drawing, samples or share us your concept of product. Our engineers will be more efficient work out the design with CAD/CAM/CAE systems)
4. MOULD: We will give the mould drawings around ***5 days (depends on the structure of the product), and we start the manufacturer after client’s approval.
5. SAMPLE: Then will be the first test, we will send client the sample injected by the ordered mould for approval.
6. MODIFICATION: if 1st shooting samples are not approved, mould modification until clients satisfied with it.
7. DELIVERY: by Sea or by air flight. According to contract signed.
