Plastic Blasting Media for soft blasting cleaning

Plastic Blasting Media (PBCM) is designed specifically for deflashing, coating removal, paint stripping, mold cleaning and surface preparation. Engineered for high performance, PBCM is clearly the leader when it comes to productivity and value. This is sometimes called Plastic Media, PMB (Plastic Media Blassting) or Plastic Abrasives.

2.Application:  

A). Used for deflashing discrete products and other components in 
Electronics industries and die casting. 
B). For cleaning mold when it has stain in rubber product molding. 
C). For Paint Stripping.
D) remove the glue and do surface pretreatment

1)Removering glue as pretreatment on the surface of circuit boards, electronic parts.

2. Clean epoxy optical detector but can't make surface opaque.

3) composite materials: removing the coating layer on the workpiece from the glass fiber, carbon fiber

4).mold cleaning: can clean die casting, rubber, plastic, glass, but keep precise in mould dimension

5). removing paint on the plane: removing paint on most of the plane, but retain the electric plating layer

6). raw edge removing: remove tiny slight raw edge without harming the workpiece surface.
