Plate Design
Plate is formed one time completely through USA die set technology. Special inlet guide zone design can evenly distribute the fluid in the heat exchange area of the plate without flow dead area so it increases heat exchanging efficiency. There is stress release area in the plate; which makes the plate more evenly and reduces the leakage possibility.
Locating System
Locating notch is enhanced by turnup design to avoid the deformation during dismantling and assembling. The frame locating adopts the combination method of I-beam and rectangle pipe so the fixation is reliable and easy for plate dismantling and assembling; and the locating is still priecise after many times dismantling and assembling.
Gasket
Use line contact sealing which can seal better even by less clamping force so its life is improved due to less permanent deformation after many times assemble and disassemble. A certain number of raised portions at the periphery of the gasket are arranged to perform auxiliary location and avoid plate deformation. Adopt lock joint among plates so fixation is reliable and easy for changing plate.  
Quick Assemble Structure
The company pay more attention to the fine structure design. It adds special bearing box for clamping bolt set. One person can complete assemble and disassemble so it is more convinent and quick for maintainence. It also sets locking washer to solve clamping bolts loosening issue during transportation.
