With the design of bearing rolling track to support top tool post with up-down pendulum motion, as well as the fast adjustment of blade clearance via eccentric unit, the cutting precision has also been ensured. d) The top and down blades appear to be rhombus and rectangle, respectively, both by 9CrSi material with good rigidity, high compressive strength and abrasion resistance. The convenient handwheel adjustment of blade clearance with dial indicator is fast and precise as well. e) The light calibration devise equipped with spotlight works durably. f) Scratches on material plates have been reduced by the rolling setup on the platform. 3.
