Color Way Colorex™ Series (PLW)

Color Way Colorex™ (PLW) plastisol inks are specifically formulated for high productivity wet-on-wet printing. Easy to print, Color Way Colorex™ inks are also available at the ColorMatch® mixing system, where Pantone® simulations are easily achieved. Colorex inks that aren’t opaque may also be used to print conventional cold-peel transfers.

When printing on **0% polyesters or polyester blends, use PLW***1 Polyester White or PLW***2 Polyester Base for bleed resistance.

Recommended substrates for Colorex inks are **0% cotton, cotton blends, and some polyesters.

Viscosity Reducer	PLW-S*0 Viscosity Reducer / Up to 5% by weight
Matting Agent	PLW-M0 Matting Agent / Up to 5% by weight
Softener	PLW-H0 ColorFlex / **5% by weight
Catalyst	PLW-K*0 Catalyst / Up to 1% by weight may be added to improve the adhesion of the ink to the fabric. The catalyzed ink has a shelf life of 6 hours.
Curing Information	****0°C (**8°F) / 1.2 minutes However, factors such as ink fi lm thickness, curing equipment and fabric may infl uence the optimum cure time.
Storage	*0°C (**6°F). Avoid direct sun.
Cleanup	Mineral spirits and some other non-hazardous screen washes.
