Bolt and Nut Fastener Insertion

Bolt and Nut Fastener Insertion Machine:
MEC**-Frame and MEC**-Frame

This series of fastener insertion machines are special bolt-nut fastener insertion equipment that can extrude rivets. We have adopted British advanced technology and use pneumo-hydraulic drive. Completely automatic feeding system can be equipped according to users request.

â—†The torque of anti-ejection and anti-reversion is high. Insertion quality can be tested automatically.

â—†Bolts and nuts are delivered automatically and orderly. Working efficiency is improved.
â—†MEC**-Frame can fasten and insert nuts within M8 and bolts within M5. If the sizes of the bolts and nuts are larger, customers can choose MEC**-Frame.
â—†MEC***1 and MEC***1 are imported from abroad. Pneumatic components adopt Germany original FESTO and the transducer are from Germany IFM. The electrical components are also from abroad. Working property is more stable and reliable.
