Application: neutral polyamide is mainly used for the production of inks, heat bonded adhesives and coatings, reactive polyamide for epoxy resin curing agent, and for thermosetting surface coatings, adhesives, lining materials and canisters, casting resin;
Nickname: used as a plastic nylon, used as a synthetic fiber as a polyamide;
The main types: polyamide *6, polyamide **6 and polyamide ***0 structure are [NH (CH2) 5CO], [NH (CH2) 6NHCO (CH2) 4CO] and [NH;
Homopolymers can be divided into single monomer homopolymers;
Polyamide 6:[NH - (CH 2) 5 - CO] N is made from epsilon caprolactam;
Polyamide *1:(poly - Omega - aminoeleven): [NH - (CH 2) *0 - CO] N made from **- amino eleven acid;
Polyamide *2:(poly (twelve lactam): [NH - (CH 2) *1 - CO] N is made from **- amino twelve acid;

Polyamide *6:[NH -（CH 2）6 - NH - CO -（CH 2）4 - CO] N is contracted by six methylene two amines and adipic acid;
Polyamide **0:[NH -（CH 2）6 - NH - CO -（CH 2）8 - CO] N made by six methylene two amines and sebacic acid];
Polyamide 6T:[NH -（CH 2）6 - NH - CO -（C 6 H 4）- CO] N made by six methylene two amines and terephthalic acid;

Copolymer:
Polyamide 6/*6:[NH-(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)4−CO]n−[NH−(CH2)5−CO]m made from caprolactam, six methylene two amine and adipic acid;
Polyamide *6/**0: [NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)4−CO]n−[NH−(CH2)6−NH−CO−(CH2)8−CO]m made from six methylene two amines, adipic acid and sebacic acid;
Distinction based on crystallinity:
Semicrystalline (because the molecular weight of the polymer is too large, although some polymer chemical structures allow perfect crystallization, usually the crystallinity is not complete);
High crystallinity: polyamide *6, polyamide *6 and so on;
Low crystallinity: polyamide MXD6 is made from diphenyl two methylamine and adipic acid;
Non crystal: polyamide 6I is made from six methylene two amines and interbenzoic acid two formic acid;
Characteristics: tough, soft, strong binding, wear-resistant, oil resistant, water resistant, anti enzyme bacteria, large water absorption;
Application:

• Ink, thermal bonding agent and coating: neutral polyamide;
• Epoxy resin curing agent, thermosetting surface coating, binder, lining material and tank seal, mold casting resin: reactive polyamide;
• Polyethylene bread film, metal foil composite laminate film on the plastic film printing: neutral polyamide;
• Bonded footwear, cans, packaging, bookbinding, canned packaging seam structure container seal, frozen apple, orange and other fruit juice: two poly acid resin;
• Dry cleaning, strong detergents and bleaching agents: Hot polyamide adhesives;
• Preparation of thixotropic coatings, civil water based adhesives, fabric antistatic agents, transparent candles and detergents: neutral polyamine resin;
• Curing agent of epoxy resin: reactive polyamide resin;
• Binder: two poly acid acid amine resin.
