Polycarboxylate
Superplasticizers, also known as high range
concrete water reducers, are used as dispersants to avoid particle
aggregation, and to improve the flow characteristics or rheology of
suspensions such as in concrete applications. Their addition to
concrete or mortar allows the reduction of the water to cement
ratio and give and high performance
concrete.
Usage:
(1)Products should be stored in 0ºC**0ºC
temperature environment,without direct sunshine,without getting
wet in the rain and leaking water,without mixing
impurities,without evaporation of water.
(2) The shelf life of liquid products is *2
months. After expiration date, concrete test must be carried
out to confirm the quality.(3) Concrete test must be
carried out before utilization.
(4) This product is forbidden to be mixed with naphthalene
superplasticizers.
(5) Experiment must be done when it is used
together with other admixtures.
Application Scope:
With
wide adaptability to kinds of cements, gravels and sands, with
high water reducing ratio, apply to precast concrete, especially
in tubular pile precast type. It can bright and clean the surface
of concrete. It's suitable for pumping with small pore and low
viscosity. With stable performance, it's widely used in all
kinds of concrete projects and cement product.
