2 / The classification of our material is the primary (virgin) material obtained from trichlorosilane according to the most modern technology: the production of high purity silicon 9N .
Production Method: Siemens method, Trichlorosilane (TCS, SiHCl3).  
3 / Size: Pieces are random and irregularly shaped. The size distribution range: *5mm ***0mm
4 / Resistivity: ***0 Ohm Cm
5 / Package: Pieces are packaged in virgin (no additives) double polyethylene bags with a net weight of *0.0 kg + 0.5%. A double bag system is used for compatibility with clean room requirements.
