Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber
PVA fiber with polyvinyl alcohol as the main raw material through melting, spinning, heat setting, cutting, and packaging made from high strength high modulus fibers.
The product has high strength, good weather resistance, high modulus, low elongation, wear resistance, resistance to acid and alkali salt corrosion, good dispersion of advantages, and has good affinity with concrete, used to significantly improve the crack resistance of concrete (or mortar) seepage control, bending, impact resistant and aseismatic ability, and new products on the market in the near future super concrete -get promoted application in ECC.
 
Polyester glass fiber cloth is also been vigorously applied in asphalt pavement, based on semi-rigid base crack treatment, polyester glass fiber cloth can heal the fault and delay the crack reflection at the grass-roots level to asphalt pavement; Effectively prevent the rain infiltration, which results in the bridge deck steel plate and concrete reinforcement rust and lead to damage of bridge; Road extension project can also prevent the occurrence of asphalt surface longitudinal seam, the new technology in the cement concrete pavement overlay asphalt but also greatly improve the asphalt surface integrity.
 
General Application  
PVA fiber can be used in the areas of the military and currency printing. It is of low elongation, acid and alkali resistance, ultraviolet and anti-aging resistance which can be the best substitution of asbestos.
