Overview:  

RT***3 Portable Single Phase Energy Meter Test Instrument comprises of high-stability single phase program-controlled power source and single phase standard energy meter.The protable single phase energy meter test instrument applies to the calibration of electronic and electro-mechanical single phase active and reactive watt-hour meter as well as multi-function watt-hour meter.This energy meter test instrument can provides us with rich electric quantity information such as AC voltage,AC current,phase difference between voltage and current,power factor,active power,reactive power,apparent power,frequency and so on. The RT***3 Portable single phase energy meter test instrument can be used in energy meter research&development, watt-hour meter maintenance and KWH meter test at production lines.By using the underlying dynamic link library developed by Rowwin Test,user may develop their own automatic meter calibration software.
