I would like to introduce to you our hand made pottery. Dishes are produced in our workshop in a village Zlakusa which is situated beside the main road between Uzice and Pozega. Otherwise, international colony of ceramics "Zlakusa" is held every year in Zlakusa. -The dishes are produced from a mixture of a special sort of clay and stone ("sort"). The materials are unique and they are extracted from the 5 meters depth. -Dishes are produced by hand on the wheel ("loop") in the way which is conveyed from generation to generation through centuries. After the making, the dishes are desiccated on the indoor temperature and after that in the dry-kiln. Then, they are burned in the firewood on the temperature at about **0 C. In distinction from the other pottery products where paints and lacquer are added, these dishes are produced from the natural materials without chemical addition.
