MBT**5 is a moderate to fast accelerator, and is widely used in natural and synthetic rubbers.It can be used as vulcanization retarder in free sulfur curing system or Neoprene.
It's ideal for foam products and low-hardness products,which can reduce the scrap rate of finished products MBT**5 is a semi-ultra,multi-purpose accelerator with a plateau curing characteristic,which has retarding effect in Neoprene.
The critical curing temperature of MBT**5 is approx **5â„ƒ.Therefore it is easily scorched.
MBT**5 is non-discoloring and non-staining.It's ideal for foam products and low-hardness products,which can reduce the scrap rate of finished products
