1 The gurantee time is one year, And maintain is lifelong.  During this time, if there is any workpiece is not work which is not caused by worker and can not control naturally, the supplier provide it free of charge, but the carrier cost must be in buyer's side. 

2 The suppier must sure the machine all work well before package.  If Buyer can not operate the machine, the suppier must try their their best,  no reason and without reserve to teach the buyer completely.
