UV/LED CURING RESIN
CRYSIN UV is a premium hybrid UV curable resin.
This multi-purpose resin is suitable for both casting (maximum depth per cure should not exceed 1cm) and doming jobs.

UV LED (72W) : 1-5 minutes
UV lamp (365nm) : 2-6 minutes
Natural light : 5-15 minutes
Natural light (on a cloudy day) : 20-40 minutes

Direction

1. Use a digital scale to exactly weigh each of Crysin resin and hardener according to the specified ratio.
*Crysin 2.5 has a mixing ratio of resin 2 and hardener 1.
*Crysin 5.0 has a mixing ratio of resin 3 and hardener 1.
2. Slowly mix the mixture for at least three minutes by hand and 2 minutes by a electric mixer.
3. Carefully pour the mixture into a mold or container
4. Do not use a torch to eliminate the surface bubble, this process can yellow the resin or cause the surface to deform.
5. Keep the ambient temperature to 25°C.
6. Crysin 2.5 will cure to touch within 24 hours and Crysin 5.0 within 36 hours.
7. If liquid colorant is added, do not exceed the colorant by 1% by weight and additional curing time may be needed.
8. Crysin 2.5 can be poured at 25mm at maximum per pour and Crysin 5.0 can be poured at 50mm at maximum per pour. If additional thickness is needed, conduct additional pour after curing for at least 12-24hours.
9. Surface can be sanded or polished after a full cure. Usually full cure is completed within 72 hours

4. Do not throw the container
5. Do not leave the product on skin for long duration. Rinse skin with warm running water and soap
6. Wearing protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection is recommended
7. Store the product in a well ventilated area away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces
8. In case of fire, use alcohol-resistant foam, dry powder, or sand
