Product Developement

VDA Technologies founded in ***4, is engaged in providing product design and development services,
prototyping, and manufacturing services to all its clients.

Product development, design and prototyping activity is performed in a ***0 sq. ft. facility located in Vasai.
The facility includes 6 Stations for CAD. Tool room facilities for manufacturing of toolings required both for
stamped components or plastic components.

VDA TECHNOLOGIES SUMMARY OF SERVICES:
• Contract Design: We provide services for combined product development experience using CAD
Softwares like Autocad, Ideas. We provide even services of reverse engineering. We have got tie ups for
white light scanning and CMM. The data from the machines are transferred in our machines and
subsequently solid models are transferred to parties for approval.
• Prototyping: For products which have Low volume, quicker launches we provide rapid prototyping
capability both in metal as well as plastic. We have sufficient tie ups to even provide rapid prototyping.
Also soft molds of tools are made in quick time to make some pilot lots for different application like MLT for
the parties.
• Tool manufacturing: Press as well as toolings for plastic molded components are made here.
Complicated multi station press tools with close tolerances are made.
