When you select windows, please consider the material, transmission, scattering, wave front distortion, parallelism and resistance to certain environment. We offer all kinds of windows, which are made from different materials.
Besides material, coating is one of the important parameter which would effects the performance. Normally, the reflection of uncoated BK*7 or quartz window is 2% of each side. If the windows are uncoated, the transmission is about *6%,if they are coated AR/AR, the transmission would reach *9%. Higher transmission, less energy loss, stronger laser, the machine can cut thicker materials.
The other parameter is thickness. Normally, if the thickness is thinner, the transmission is higher. But for most machines, there is air injection device, if the window is too thin, it might be broken by the eruptive gas.
