Basic Technique:
Make the waste rubber shattered, clean and dry, and mix with PTC-R rubber catalytic reviving agent, fully blend the waste rubber on the stirring machine and then put them in the place under room temperature and low temperature, and then roll repeatedly on the open mill.
Process flow: primary sorting of waste rubber powder→ screening→ washing→ drying→ mixing→ pre-treating→ refining→ reclaimed rubber.
