Features
This machine is specifically used
for producing shoes soles, shoelaces, one
time molding footwear which are made
of PVCã€TPRã€TPU materials.

pressures and multiple sectional speed control the shooting

independent 4 sectional type to insure melting
quality.
3. Full automatic material
transferring control system,Production mould station could be
freely open and closed .
4. A strong mould locking mechanism
is set in mould clamping system; it can be used for producing large
size mould or plastic products which demands very high shooting
pressure.
5. 2 sectional speed drives the
round plate, stable and fast.
6. This machine adopts high
performance computer control, industrial level human and machine
interface .
7. Adopt high technical oil pressure
loop design, and combine the feature of the proportional type
pressure flow valve to exert high speed,safe,low noise
efficiency,bring up best system operation
efficiency.
