The main extruder in PVC profile production line is conical twin-screw extruder. It has many advantages, such as forced extrusion, high production capacity, low cutting speed, not-easy decomposition of materials, good compounding and plasticizing effect. Therefore it is very suitable for extruding PVC-based pipes, profiles, sheets and boards, etc. Meanwhile it is also suitable for pelletizing (granulation
