Applications: PVC profile extrusion production line is used to produce PVC profiles for PVC window and door. With different moulds, it can produce various section PVC profile. It also can produce WPC products if change some machine parts. Funcitons and Construction: Refer to the newest foreign advanced technology, the design is well optimized. It has advantages, such as even plasticizing, small cutting speed rate , high output, long service-life etc. The unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, mould, vacuum-sizing table, drawing machine, cutter and stacker. The speed of main motor are regulated by freqency converter. The temperature control meters are RKC/Omron of Japan . The vacuum pump and driving motor are also high-quality products.
