Product Introduction:
This line is mainly used to produce kinds of door and window profile, clapboards, ceilings, etc. With PVC, PP, etc as materials.

1)It has stable plastification, high output, low sheering force, long life service and other advantages
2) PVC profiles can be used in the building industry, home or office
3) The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul-off unit and stacker
4) The extruder is equipped with AC inverter and imported temperature controllers
5) The calibration unit's pump and haul-off unit's reducer adopt famous brand products
6) After simple changing of the die and screw, it also can become possible to produce foam profiles.
