1. After three-time heating-curing and two-time painting, the surface of the dry concrete tile has been covered by high-grade coating.

 2. During the whole course of curing and painting, the whole production line is automatically operated. Moreover, paint-supplied device adopts a high-pressure airless spraying system. Under the *0 kg/cubic centimeters pressure, the paint can be totally atomized and its utilization ratio is about *5%.
