PWChigh-efficiency complex hammer crusher

This type of crusher is our patent new product, is a combination of hammer crusher and impact crusher. It is widely used in building material, mining, metallurgy, chemistry industries and so on. It can crush materials with middle or less than middle hardnesswhose compressive strength is not more than **0 MPA into primary crushing, secondary crushing or fine crushing. 1. Operating Principle

The electric motor drives rotor of the crusher through vee belt, making the hammer rotate in high speed. The materials are crushed in the crusher by the rotated hammer. Bulk materials are crushed into particles larger than requirement, and then fall into the bottom of the crusher. The crushed material will be thrown to the impact plate with the new material along thetangential direction of the hammer, then realize primary, secondary and fine crushing material in one time. Finally, the materials meet requirement will be discharged from the bottom of the machine.

2. Features

(1) Gas shield welding and vibratory stress relief, make the machine structure stronger.

(2) Rotating part with thermal refined structure by CNC, make the rotating part higher toughness.

(3) The hammer plate is made of high toughness material, through bead weld technical; make the surface much more wear-resistant.

(4) The hammer is made of high chromium alloy, make it has stronger performance in tensile strength and wear-resistant.

(5) Sieve plate and guard plate are made of anti wear and impact alloy, strongerwear-resisting performance.

(6) New design of the appearance and strengthen inner quality make the performance better.

(7)Larger feeding material size, high crushing ratio,even producing granularity.
