Production Capacity:

The production cycle time of the QT***5 is between *8 second without and *2 seconds with Face mix on regular Pavers production. This means with a production rate of 4 cycles per minute and *5 % efficiency the average output should be approx. **0 cycles per hour. Depend on the design and shape for the different pavers and Block, the actual hourly production capacity varies. However, please note that the machine speed will be lower with manual labour evolved and increase with more automation.

Answer: dont worry, we will send our technician to ensure your machine run successfully. And necessary training and knowledge will be provided until your workers know how to operate the machine. Customer's timely feedback about the training is also welcome for better improving our service for you.

6. What is the warranty of your machine ?

Answer: You machine will have one year's warranty after your acceptance of the successful running. And if any problems happen during this period, we will repair and replace the spare parts until the machine works well after we check the problems are caused by our part. And We need you to cooperate to solve the problems by sending us the digital photos.

7. How about the moulds?

Answer: We will provide one set of free moulds, and if you need to produce more, then extra money should be needed for the moulds.
