QTP**0 flat-head tower crane

With the rapid development of construction industry both nationally and internationally these years, many complex construction situations, such as the cross-operation of multi-cranes etc, have occurred. It puts forwards new requirement to traditional tower cranes for their flexibility and high efficiency in construction. In order to meet our customers’ need, Shandong Hongda Group carries forwards its technology innovation and pioneering development, insists on its work principles—market-oriented, customer satisfactions as standard, designs a new type tower crane—flat-head-type tower crane QTP**0(***5).

TIE LI SHI Brand flat-head-type tower crane QTP**0(***5) is with its rated lifting torque **0T.M, max jib length *5M, tip load 1.5T, max load 5T. Its jib length combination is degressive by 5M with totally 7 different jib lengths, the minimum *5M. It is easy to use and satisfies GB/T***1< Technical condition of tower crane> and GB***4< Safe regulation of tower crane> etc. Comparing with traditional tower crane, it has the following advantages:

 1)      Greatly reduce the requirement of lifting capacity of the lifting equipment while disassembling tower cranes. Flat-head-type tower crane QTP**0 (***5) is without tower crane, which makes its unit quality lighter and installation height lower. Its max installation height can be *0M lower than the same degree other cranes. When the jib is installed to traditional cranes, its jib and draglink etc must be connected first, then hoisting the whole machine. At this moment, it puts forwards the highest requirement to the lifting equipment for great load capacity and hoisting height. That’s because after the connecting of pin roll, the jib still needs to be lifted too much to connect the draglink. Though installing jib is easy to result in safety accident. However, the installation of flat-head-type tower crane has been completely improved.

2)      Be suitable for cross-operation of multi-cranes. Because the without tower head design of flat-head-type tower crane, when multi-cranes cross-operate, the total height will be greatly decreased. It saves installation time, lower the requirement to installation equipment, reduces each cranes ballast and takes smaller tower body section and under frame.
