Helical Geared Motor

R series helical geared motor adopts hard teeth face cylinder helical gear transmission; It can realize the asme axis(double-stage and three stage) and parallel axis transmission.

Helical gear motor material characteristics:

1. Housing material: HT**0 high-strength cast iron; Housing hardness: HBS******0.   

2. Gear material: *0CrMnTi alloy steel; Surface hardness of gears: HRC****2; Gear core hardness: HRC****0.                                         

3. Input/ Output shaft material: *2CrMo alloy steel; Input/ Output shaft hardness: HRC****0.                          

4. Heat treatment: tempering, cementiting, quenching, etc.                                       

5. Machining precision of gears: accurate grinding, **5 Grade.
