RA series coupling with elastomer:

Hyperboloid involute design of European standard, the material for the shaft sleeve include cast-steel, cast iron, nodular cast iron, steel, aluminum alloy.

The elastomer is made of polyurethane material, and 4 sorts of hardness are selectable which includes *0SHA, *2SHA, *8SHA,*4SHD, and they have different torques, among them, *8SHA is a standard type.

Good shock and vibration absorption capability, easy to install and maintenance free.

Oil-resistance, dust-proofing, sand prevention.

The elastomer’s various color is used for distinguishing each hardness, failure-safe operation design.

Various shaft-hole combination, the connection way includes keyway, spline, and single slot locking, etc...

Elastomer instruction:

The elastomer could absorb the uneven displacement and vibration happened during the heavy load transmission, so the noise could be reduced, and torque transmitted safely.

The involute is designed in a double sided tooth way, so as to offset the installation error in axial, radial, and angle direction.

The material for elastomer is made of thermoplastic polyester, so it is oil-resistant, grease proof, wear prevention, and anti-dissolved and oxidation, and dissolution resistable.

Working temperature: **0℃ to ***0℃, and could reach ***0℃ instantly.

Elastomer’s standard: *2SHA(white), *0SHA(red), *5/*8SHA(red), *0SHD(green)
