which is used for drying all kinds of materials with building material, metallurgy and chemical. It can be used for drying other materials such as limestone,slag,coal power,clay,bauxite,sludge,sawdust,fertilizer,river sand,forage,oil palm fiber,coconut shell gypsum and so on.Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally ******0°C)

 

Working principle of raw coal rotary dryer : 

Rotary dryer mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, lifting blade, driving and supporting device,sealing ring and etc.The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with chargeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. The water will be separated from the materials by hot airflow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the material would be dried.
