II Design Characteristics:
This series of Iron separator is our company's patented product (patent no. ZL *******6.3). It is uses the rare earth "magnetic King" NdFeB as permanent magnetic material. The magnetic circuit uses computerized simulation, without excitation coil. This product features energy saving.
Highly reliable Iron separator is suitable to any harsh environment.
In the absence of rectifying devise, there is no influence on the quality of the electrical components. There are no problems of insulation and withstanding pressure.

The permanent magnet maintains a constant magnetic field, and epoxy resin casting forms a whole magnetic system that will not produce any failures.
Permanent magnetic iron separators fundamentally solve the temperature rise problems caused in the Electromagnetic Iron separators. Moreover it maintains a constant magnetic field without cold and hot magnetic field. Unlike Electromagnetic Iron separators, the magnetic field strength will not decrease due to temperature rise and the magnetic field will not lose if there is no power, therefore the attracted iron will not fall back on the belt conveyor. So it is completely safe and reliable.
Iron separators magnetic field intensity and magnetic gradient are very high, so the iron separation effect is very good. The magnetic induction intensity is made over the national standards.

As this product is used together with belt conveyors, it can be widely used in metallurgy, mining and electric power, paper, sugar, chemicals, building materials industry, mainly used to remove ferromagnetic material (weight of 0.***5kg each) mixed in non-magnetic bulk materials
