The production technology polymer sandy production consists in preparation and pressing molding. a composite from sand, polymer and a pigment in a finished product (A tile, paving slabs, etc.) from plastic waste. Thus doesn't assume full cleaning and deep sorting of polymer only to adhere to a ratio of ****0/****0 soft (polyethylene) and rigid (PP, PS, ) polymers.

The shop on production of a tile has to consist of the following production the room:

- production site;

- crushing site;

- warehouse of storage of initial components.
