The Heat exchanger of RS Ingersoll rand compressed air
dryer adopts the advanced high heat efficient plate-fin structure
of Europe and America.
The inlet and outlet temperature difference of the
pre-cooler of CE *6bar low pressure compressed air dryer for air
compressor system is **5°C, which
is much better than other similar products. As a result, it
can minimize the relative humidity at the outlet and avoid
condensation in the piping. The compressed air
relative humidity in the outlet is low, which makes there being
no condensation phenomenon below the surface of air
pipe.
The pre-cooler of TUV *5cfm air cooled air compressor dryer
can reclaim nearly *0% of the compressed air which can greatly
reduce the load of evaporator.
Therefore, the power consumption of the refrigerant compressor is
low, only *0% of the normal one.
