The line consists of chain transmission unit, foaming fixture, oven, foaming platform, steam heating unit, ventilation and extraction unit, injection manipulator, unlocking apparatus, vehicle with fixtures, guiders for locking and unlocking apparatuses, assistant locking mould apparatus, penumatic unit, hydraulic unit, electrical control unit.

Working procedures: loading manually or automatically, closing of fixture, vertical injection automatically or by manually, circulation drive, heat curing cycle, locking by fixture, open the fixture, unloading automatically or by manually and clear bubble.
