1、product introduction
This product made of polyurethane polymeric materials is a upgrading cleaning prouct which can take place of alloy scraper. It has advantages like wear resistant, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture, water-proof, no damage to belt and long useful life. The cleaner is mainly use spring tension to make adjustion. When old blade is weared or belt is bobbing, another blade will follow up to ensure that the belt in close contact with the blade surface in order to achieve a good scraping effect.

2、working condition
 Conveyor belt cleaner must be installed at the smoothly operated position.  If it is necessary, appropriate adjusting the tightness of the belt and increase the number of flat idler.

3、adjustion
3.1 scraper blade contact with the conveyor belt surface directly by adjusting the main shaft or the compression spring nuts at both ends.
3.2 Continuously adjust the contact pressure between blades and belt.
3.3 During the primary working period, lower contact pressure is favorable.
3.4 After working for few days, the contact pressure could be gradually increased depend on the cleaning effect.
3.5 After adjustion, please tighten all the bolts.

4、maintance
4.1 Maintain the conveyor belt surface in order to keep theres no significant damage of the belt. And make sure the belt splices are well connected.
4.2 Check the bolts tightness regularly.
4.3 Check the contact situation of scraper and pulley surface, and adjust the contact surface of the scraper and the belt periodically according to cleaning effect.
4.4 The wearing should be make separated inspection of sectional high polymer blade. Once it had been wear, operator should replace the blade immediately.
4.5 Return belt cleaner (or polyurethane scraper according to customer requirement) can remove materials adhering on working surface, and prevent them falling into tail pulley or vertical take-up device. It is welded on the middle frame in front of the two pulleys, and then adjusts the length of chain properly.
