RF-M***4 Stator Grinding Machine adopts imported CNC controller. Plane-flange structure is used for the locating of the fixture and clamping cylinder on the two ends of the spindle, providing increased rigidity and easier installation of the various types of manual or automatic fixtures. Hydraulic power clamp, using one plane and two pins to locate the fixture, is offered as an option, providing reliable motion accuracy. High-power servo motor is used to steadily and respectively control the work radial feed, grinding wheel automatic dressing and compensation, work rotation and non-round curve grinding program. High-power motor spindle mounted with oil mist lubrication system, diamond dressing and mature grinding technology are adopted. Stator curve can be revised flexibly according to the requirements of the user and work condition of the vane pumps. The parameter of the drive and work feed system can be optimized steplessly, improving the grinding efficiency and accuracy dramastically.
