At this point all you would need to get from the investor is a bank statement showing proof of funds in the account, and THAT SHOULD BE A SANITIZED VERSION ONLY at this point and time.  All sensitive information should be blacked out at this time.  That particular information would be disclosed to the managing director and to the bank executives only. 

There is NO swift account numbers needed, since money never leaves the investors account.  No leased funds accepted, No SBLC or BG. No monetized instruments of any kind. All those cause problems. Cash in the account only. These are the top banks in the world.  Again I can not state it enough times, that this is so simple and clean.  Once the investor is proven to actually be a real investor, they will have the option of seeing proof of performance for as long as 7 years since legally a bank must keep records for that long to be examined.
