The electric controller researches and develops independent completely, and according to the present situation of domestic injection molding machine what safety protection measures is not perfect. Increased more security functions in electric hand controller in order to maximum supplied the safety protection for the operator, manipulator, injection molding machine. Also can change operation or process to meet customers’ demand for their special mold.
 Electric controller has already setted up the fast operating function, the customer can made to order this setting when needed. Using this function can be possible to reduce entre take-out cycle period, further raises single machine’s production efficiency.
The speed and location of traverse-in and traverse-out can be setted on operation board, there is no need manual regulation on the crossbeam of the arm, because the vertical and crosswise stroke can be remotely adjusted.
