Application of Exway Roller Crusher:

The Roller Crusher can be used for intermediate and fine crushing such hard and medium hard ore and rock in mineral separation, chemical industry, cement, corhart, abradant materials, building materials and other industrial department, especially for producing rice-like and bean-like stone. Its effect is more excellent than common crushing equipment. Working Principle of Exway Roller Crusher:

The Double Roll Crusher incorporates one Stationary Roll and one Moveable Roll. The Movable Roll provides relief by moving away form the Stationary Roll when uncrushable material is encountered and immediately resets to the original position.

The particles are drawn into the gap between the rolls by their rotating motion and a friction angle formed between the rolls and the particle, called the nip angle. The two rolls force the particle between their rotating surface into the ever smaller gap area, and it fractures from the compressive forces presented by the rotating rolls.
