                      Cold Rolling Mill Rolls

Among all the rolling mill rolls ,Cold rolling mill rolls requires the highest quality requirement,Its manufacturing technique is also the most complex ,Work roll for cold rolling mills work under extremely high rolling pressure to produce a plastic deformation upon the cold-rolled steel strips,
Besides, as a driving roller cold rolling mill roll have to bear the transmission torque. So its hardness and strength must be high enough.

High-carbon steel, hyper-eutectiod steel, Chromium-molybdenum alloy,and forged steel , like 9CrMo and 9Cr3Mo

Smelting-Forging-Heat treatment-Rouging-Quenching and Tempering-Finishing-Packaging.
 

Back up Rolls

1. Apart from the requried chemical elements ,we have strictly tested some harmful elements such as P S Pb Sn As Sb and Bi,as well as some gas or non-metallic debris like N H O in the smelting process.
2. Strict forging technique is required to meet non-destrcutive testing requirements, The forged blanks will be given normalizing and spheriodizing treatment to refine the grains and remove the network carbides, and get a spherical pearlite strcture.
3. Prelimilary and surface heat treatment is conducted on material to achieve great comprehensive mechanical properties, and high toughness of back-up rolls.
4. CNC eqiupment is adopted for high processing accuracy

1. Back-up rolls made by Tongyu are of high comprewhensive strength and rigidness to bear the large rolling force and the peak load.
2. With good toughness ,the back-up rolls wont go broken or cracked easily.
3. The back-up rolls features good wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
4. It is designed with uniform structure and hardness.
