Properties: White or light gray powder (granule). The density is 1.*9. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, CS2 partly soluble in alcohol, diethyl ether, CCI4 insoluble in water, gasoline and alkali with lower concentration. Application: Can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulphur donor in most sulphur-cured elastomers. Scorchy and gives fast cure rates. Produces an excellent vulcanisation plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance in sulphurless and EV cure systems Good color retention is obtained in non-black vulcanisation. A valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. May be used as a retarder in the vulcanisation of polychloroprene rubber with Willing ETU and also be used as bactericide and pesticide

Applications
CBS is a delayed action accelerator suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber; produces vulcanizates with high modulus and high tensile strength.
CBS is a medium to fast primary accelerator suitable for NR, IR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPDM.
• Material is an outstanding delayed action accelerator.
• Product is most effective and safest when used at ordinary processing temperatures, causing no scorching.
• Once vulcanized, CBS shows excellent physical properties.
• Material has a slight odour.
• Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide. Insoluble in water.
• CBS is regulated for use under the following sections of FDA *1 CFR:**7.***0 Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use in Food Contact.

Application: Provides fast cure rate and high modulus development in NR, SBR, BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products low poison and high efficiency. Be regarded as standard accelerator

Chemical Name: N,N-Dicyclohexyl**-Benzothiazole sulfenamide

Properties: Cream-colored Granule wilh taste bitter. The density is 1.*6, Soluble in acetone organic liquids, including fats and oils, insoluble in water.
Application: SHJF DCBS is a sulfenamide accelerator with excellent anti-scorching property and delayed onset of cure. It is compatible with natural and synthetic rubbers, suitable for radial ply tyre, rubber belts and shock absorber, etc. Particularly it produces good adhesion to metal.

Packaging: *5kg plastic woven bag, paper with plastic film bag, kraft paper bag

Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 2 years.
