الوصف
The following procedures are for the contract CIF
shipment:
1. Both parties sign a SPA for a yearly contract with a first
trial run.
2. Seller shall provide PPOP after the SPA is being signed and
returned.
3. Both parties shall agree on the place and time to meet face to
face for a final discussion and long term co-operation. Buyer will
then put his final signature onto the contract in the presence of
the Seller.(Optional)
4. Buyer issues instrument For DLC
(validity of minimum *0 days) and or RDLC (validity of minimum *0
days), transferable divisible and revolving allowed. The
transferable instrument is single transfer to Russian Refinery.For
SBLC/MT**0: nontransferable acceptable.The instrument shall be
issued within 5 days after PPOP. Upon seller bank received buyer
bank instrument, seller will issued 2% Performance Bond (PB) to
buyer.
5. Once vessel is loaded, Buyer must
provide the name of his forwarder for ease of communication between
the captain and the buyer's forwarder.
6.Buyer shall provide details of the ATB within
*4 hours after vessel started sailing.
7. Dip Test (DTA) will be granted by
the Seller for on board DTA.
8. Seller issues commercial invoice
based on the Q & Q report that the buyer achieved after
testing.
9. Buyer shall wire payment MT**3 or
TT once the payment is fully settled, change of title will be
commenced. Buyer could lift the product any time after
wards.
*0. Transaction is
completed.
