2. Surface Painting

Aluminum alloy housing:

a.Shot blasting and special antiseptic treat-ment on the aluminum alloy surface.

b.After phosphating, paint with RAL***0blue or silvery white paint..

Cast iron housing:"

First paint with red antirust paint, then paint whith RAL***0blue or silvery white paint.

Worm: *0Crm,carbonize&quencher heat treatment make the hardness of gears surface up to ****2HRX,retain carburzation layers thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding.
